Greenwich Borough Liberal Democrats were Out and About in Eltham
Eltham was painted Lib Dem orange last Friday as we found out what local people, charities and businesses in this part of the borough think.
First up, we went to a local organisations’ round table, talking to local charities and organisations about their needs – and crucially, how we can help! Vice-chair Valerie, Diversity officer Kirstie, and Ulysse, our Youth and Student officer, had conversations about what the Lib Dems can do at local, regional and national level. A huge thanks to Rachel from the Co-Op for organising the event.

Later, the GBLD executive met up for our first social of the year. Thank you to the members from across the borough who joined us at the fabulous Tudor Barn – it was great to see so many of you! It was an excellent opportunity to talk about our 2023 Action Days, local and national manifestos, and the upcoming Greater London Authority and Parliamentary elections…
There’ll be plenty of other opportunities for us to catch up in the coming months. Our next event is the spring conference – which you can still sign up for.
